After his birth, the happy parents chose a boy’s name, which has Biblical connotation – Isaiah. That name became a trend in USA after Underwood’s baby birth.
When Isaiah turned 4, Carrie and Mike made him a big brother. By the way, he turned to be a real momma’s boy, and told, that he would be Carrie’s son, while his little sibling would be Mike’s.
