- Joe Gatto is an animal rights activist. He encourages his fans to adopt animals from the shelter. The comedian follows his advice himself – he has adopted four gods, who live happily in his big house nowadays.
- Since 2016 he has stopped eating meat, and that helped him to lose weight. The TV star changed six pant sizes, having refused meat products. Now his diet consists almost of fresh vegetables and fruit. He tells, he feels more energetic nowadays.
- His way to fame wasn’t easy. Joe couldn’t earn enough money by making his comedy shows at first, so he had to find a regular job in a shop. Soon the future TV star was fired because he was caught playing with a jockstrap. Probably, his sense of humor wasn’t valued high at first.
