Jeff is Ryan’s older brother. It’s known, that two of the actor’s brothers are cops. So, probably, Jeff is one of those two. In his early years he used to play with Ryan and at the same time often used his fists and made his little brother “a target”. In spite of it, Ryan names Jeff his first friend and the closest of all three brothers on Twitter. In one of his Instagram posts, Ryan joked, that his older brother used to change him diapers.
