Cheyenne Jackson boosts the most versatile career in Hollywood. He is known as a theater/television actor and singer. Cheyenne was a fan of Broadway shows in his childhood, but started his career at a local magazine. The flow of his life changed after September 11, when he understood that life is short. And it is necessary to fulfill the dreams. Jackson became an actor, who took part in 8 Broadway shows. Later he moved his way to the big screen and took part in films and series like “30 Rock”, “American Horror Story”, “Call Me Kat” and others. Cheyenne has released several studio albums, including the famous “Renaissance”.

Monte Lapka (ex-husband; were married in 2011-2013)

Monte Lapka is not a public person, but he went into the limelight after he married the musical star, Cheyenne Jackson. Monte Leonard Lapka was born and raised in Brainerd, Minnesota. He is the son of Becky Arlene and her husband, Mr. Lapka. Monte’s mother was at the State Hospital. She unexpectedly passed away on November 27th, 2014. Monte has an older brother Marco Lapka and a younger sister Sunny Rochelle Mass.

Cheyenne’s ex-husband is a New York resident. He earns his living as a physicist. Monte stays away from the limelight.

Jason Landau (husband since 2014)

Having coped with his alcohol problems, Cheyenne Jackson set up his life as a single person. But that changed after he had met Jason Landau.

Two talented personalities crossed their ways at the Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. They became friends and stayed in contact for a while before they understood that that was love.

They wedded on September 13, 2014, in the house of Jason’s friend Dr. Stephen Shapiro, who passed away in September 2022. Shapiro was the father of Jason’s first girlfriend Rachel, who was the first to know that Landau was gay. More than 200 guests visited the wedding, including celebrities Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jane Lynch, etc.

Jason Robert Landau was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Jason’s father, Paul Howard Landau, was his closest friend. Paul taught Jason to accept himself when the latter understood he was gay. Landau’s father passed away in 2014.

Cheyenne’s husband Jason had been different from other boys since childhood. He spent a lot of time with girls in his neighborhood. He liked dancing. In October 2016 Cheyenne announced great news that he had become a parent. With his husband Jason Landau, he welcomed twins. As Cheyenne told in his interview with “attitude” magazine, Landau and he are biologically related to their daughter and son.

One of the twins is a pretty little girl Willow. She is the real princess for her father Cheyenne. The musical star never gets tired of sharing the sweet moments from his daughter’s life. Willow likes singing and dancing. With her twin brother, she has already visited her first Broadway show, where Cheyenne took part. As of now, Willow is a pre-school pupil.

Ethan is another little peanut in the Jackson-Landau family. Cheyenne jokes, that he is more stylish than both his fathers. The boy is good at singing like his sister. His father Cheyenne teaches the boy to play the piano. Besides, Ethan likes bike riding. When he is not busy with his preschool classes, the boy has fun with his dads and sister. They go to resorts, put on funny suits for Halloween, and arrange long and funny birthday parties.

Cheyenne’s father was his role model and supporter. David was very proud of his son and attended all his musicals. Unfortunately, David Jackson passed away in 2017.

It was David who gave his son such an unusual name. He named the boy after the Western series “Cheyenne” featuring the famous actor Clint Walker.

Sherri Jackson (mother)

Cheyenne is momma’s boy. His mother’s name is Sharon Lee Jackson. It was his mother, who taught him to love music and took him to piano classes.

She used to work at Pend Oreille County Sheriff’s Office. She raised her four kids in Washington State and taught them to be hardworking and faithful. Sherri was closely connected with her husband David, who passed away in 2017.

Probably, Cheyenne’s most famous brother is Christen Ed Jackson, or Chris as he is named in the family circle. Like other Jackson siblings, Chris was a pupil at Christian school. There he found his way to God. He went to college after school with the intention of becoming an English teacher and writer. But the God had another plan for him. Chris Jackson became a pastor.

In 1992 he met the love of his life Jessica. They wedded and became parents of a cute little daughter Alexis Grace. Unfortunately, the girl had an inborn health condition, which led her to death at the age of 3. Till now Chris and his wife Jessica have not fully recovered from their loss.

They welcomed two other daughters, Madelyn and Amber. The latter one has already got married to a man named Theo and gave birth to a baby boy – Malakai Jonathan Moncibaez.

Cheyenne’s younger sister is named Amber. She is married to Daniel Ellersick. They are raising a son and a daughter. Daniel and Amber reside in Los Banos, CA. Amber works at a local school as a teacher.
