Ciara’s father is a supportive parent and a loving husband. His famous daughter likes to spend time with Carlton and in one of her Instagram posts even named him “Best Dad in the world”.
Born Carlton Clay Harris used to serve in the US Army. Because of his job, he had to move from one place to another all the time. Thus, his only daughter Ciara changed a lot of places to live – she resided in New York, and other states and even spent some part of her childhood in Germany. Finally, their family settled in Atlanta, GA, where Ciara found long-term friends.
Carlton is 57 as of now. Each birthday he spends in Ciara’s company. Several years ago they rode a helicopter, which turned into a great adventure for both, Poppy Carlton and his girl.
He was married for many years to his loved one and Ciara’s mother Jackie Harris. But in 2015 they separated. Ciara officially confirmed their divorce in 2019.
She told in her interview, that her dad re-married another woman.
