Meghan confessed, that her husband and she are expecting their first child during her visit to The Kelly Clarkson Show in the autumn, of 2020. The next year in February she became a mother of a cute boy. In 2022 the singer and her son graced the cover of the famous magazine “Parents”. Riley is a frequent guest on both, his father’s and mother’s Instagram accounts. The followers called the little cutie “another one Spy kid”.

In 2023 Meghan shared on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she is pregnant with another baby. And it’s a boy!

Meghan is obviously proud of her father and has cordial relationships with him, because she appears at numerous red-carpet events, holding her dad by his hand. They were photographed together at Grammy Awards in 2016.

Gary Trainor used to run a jewelry family store. Actually, he opened the store together with his wife of many years Kelli Trainor. They sold handmade jewelry in a stylish boutique, named “Jewel of the Isle”. In 2016 Meghan Trainor parents decided to retire.

Nowadays Gary lives in Los Angeles. His wife and their three children also reside there. He supports his daughter Meghan and helps her to make the career of a pop singer. Actually, our heroine inherited her love and talent to music from Papa Trainor.  He plays the piano skillfully, and assisted her while she was recording the songs to her debut album “Only 17”. By the way, his favorite song of Meghan Trainor is “Cupid”.

Meghan fans know, that the singer is in great terms with Kelli, because she devoted her a great song “Mom”, where she opened up, that Kelli is the best of all, and nobody has a mother, like hers. By the way, Mrs. Trainor featured in the song too – her voice can be heard in the record.

Kelli, whose birth name is Kelly Anne Jekanowski, is retired as for now. She co-owned a jewelry store with her husband and helped her two sons and a daughter to develop their skills.

He is about 26 as for now. Ryan and Meghan are really close. He names her “the best sister” on Instagram, and is obviously proud of her achievements. Ryan resides in Los Angeles and works at Smashd (the platform, which covers technology).

Justin Trainor (younger brother)

He is the youngest kid in Kelli and Gary Trainor family. He spent his early years and teens in Nantucket, Massachusetts, but nowadays he lives in Los Angeles. He studied music production at a college. At the present moment he works as a music producer, and helps Meghan Trainor with some of her songs.

Meghan Elizabeth Trainor is a talented young singer and music producer. Many of her songs she wrote herself. Her most popular compositions include “No excuses”, “I’m a Lady”, “Me Too” and many others.

She is the middle child in the family of Gary Trainor and Kelly Jekanowski, the jewelry store owners. She entered this world in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Meghan was an ideal girl in her early years. She studied at Nauset Regional High School and sang in a church choir. Her father, a piano player and organist, taught his girl music and encouraged her to practice it.

After graduation from school, Ms. Trainor decided to learn music art deeper. She became a student of Berklee College of Music (she participated in its seasonal programs).

She made up her mind to become a professional singer at the age of 11, when she recorded her first songs with the help of the digital recording station. Then she decided to focus her mind on writing compositions for other artists. The girl felt unconfident on the stage, because she considered herself as plump.

Her big break met her in 2013, when she recorded a song “All About That Bass”. Released through Epic Records, the single, written by Meghan herself and produced by Kevin Kadish (she met him through a mutual friend) became a hit.

As for now, she is one of the brightest stars of her generation. Trainor has already released two studio albums, and voiced a character (Smurfmelody) in the popular animation film “Smurfs: The Lost Village”.
