In her interviews, Reneé Rapp says that her father Charles inspired her to start a Tik Tok account. The previous Tik Tok version – Musical.ly with lip-syncing short videos – was Charles’s favorite app. He advised his daughter to register there, so in November 2019 Reneé created a TikTok account.
Charles William Rapp spent his childhood years in Charlotte, NC. He is the son of the late Charles R. Rapp (passed away in 1999) and his wife Loretta Szafaryn Rapp (passed away in 2005). Charles has three sisters, Leslie, Nancy, and Susan. He is a businessman, and previously served as an agent of the limited-liability company “Lar/Drc Holdings Llc”.
